	A gold-medalist from Pune University, he is responsible for translating Company's vision into reality. He is also instrumental in forging strategic alliances with world-leaders in e-business management. He has over 17 years of experience in all aspects of Information Technology. He holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Pune University and a Masters degree in Computer Science and Engineering from I.I.T., Mumbai.

	A finance-man to the core, he represents the economic strength of Aftek. He manages finances judiciously to facilitate the implementation of Company's vision. With over 20 years of experience in the fields of finance, banking and customs, he plans the financial roadmap for Aftek.
	Sunil Desai

	A meticulous planner and an adept engineer, he heads the embedded division of Aftek. He has over 20 years of experience in hardware and embedded system design, networking and communications. He holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics and Telecommunications and Masters in Management Science from Pune University.
	Prof. Dr. S.S.S.P. Rao

	A very well-known and respected personality in the industrial and academic circles all over India, Aftek feels honored to have him on the board. He has headed the department of Computer Science and Engineering, I.I.T. Mumbai, for a period of 6 years and still continues to be an eminent Professor there. He has contributed to defense research project, while on deputation to T.I.F.R. and EC1030 computer architecture, while on deputation to Armenia. He has a number of international publications and papers to his credit and chairs as well as coordinates various committees set up by institutions, universities and government. His vast knowledge and extensive research shall offer Aftek the cutting edge in its mission.

	An eminent lawyer and a proficient tax consultant, he has witnessed Aftek's growth from very close quarters. In an enviable career spanning well over 25 years, he has helped many a corporate with their tax planning and has also successfully defended them in the court of law. His invaluable contribution from the law and the taxation angle shall help Aftek tread business waters successfully. Aftek feels complete with his presence.

	A hardcore mathematician and a research scholar, his original contribution to arithmetic coding has earned him international laurels. He is an authority in the areas of Encryption, Compression and Retrieval techniques. His experience spans decades from the mainframe era and to the modern mobile and wireless times.
