Aftek has been operational in the Access Control domain for the past 5 years. We have successfully helped organizations manage their resources in a more efficient and cost effective manner.

Attendance monitoring systems necessarily handle data collection and reporting. Aftek identified that various business organizations also require these systems to incorporate complex business rules that may change with change in policies. Thus the data handling must be updated accordingly. The system needs to handle day to day tasks for the time and attendance office and the EDP department, and generate various logs and reports.

Computerized Attendance Monitoring System (CAMS), a solution developed by Aftek, addresses this need. It maintains the daily attendance records of the employees and provides numerous other features like shift schedule management, over-time, late arrival, out duty, compensatory offs, leave management.

CAMS has been deployed at more than 15 different mid to large sized organizations across the country. It generates 75 different reports based on various parameters. The smart card readers installed store upto 2500 transactions. Today more than 5000 employees use this system daily for their attendance recording.

Aftek has also worked on fingerprint biometric authentication that provides secure access data and premises. We have worked on various fingerprint sensors, libraries associated with them and developed a proprietary OS with memory manager for storage and retrieval.
